How it works:

• Property owner or person responsible for property files online request complete w/photo uploads & Google maps location confirmation.   

• Application is sent to agency & confirmation email sent to “requester”

• Agency confirms intel received and proper authority of requester

• Property checks start/end @ dates & time requested

Additional features available:

• Property check confirmation email: Every time officers check property an email alert may be sent to “requester” their property was inspected.  Officer simply uses internet enabled device to complete a simple form… pre-populated drop-down menu with address and a submit button.   Great tool to show your officers are hard at work all hours of the day and night.

• Follow up survey… once service is complete an automated email is sent thanking the requester for involving agency to keep the neighborhood safe & secure… then asking for their  feedback.
