Subscribing to the eReporting will save everyone … Time!

This time saving application will provide your agency the tools necessary to quickly deploy web based reporting of minor crimes or incidents.    Complainants save time by not having to wait for an officer to arrive. Call takers, dispatchers, officers & records staff benefit as well.   

An important element of a successful deployment of any online solution, is similar to any complaint… follow-ups.   Depending on complaint types, the reports are targeted to the proper division or person responsible. The system automatically emails the report to appropriate personnel.  

Examples:

  • Minor theft issues sent to the criminal investigation unit

  • Graffiti reported to the gang division

  • Potholes reported to street division

  • Minor accidents reported to traffic division

  • Street lights out reported to street dept. /electric company

  • Code violations reported to Code Enforcement

Your agency may prefer a level of review prior to sending the complaint on to divisions.  Complaints may also be sent to a primary group of personnel for review and assignment.  This also permits intervention of dispatch or supervisors prior to assignment.
